Hey crypto addicts,
Bitcoin mining is showing signs of strain as major publicly traded miners report weaker production, highlighting growing pressure on operational efficiency. CleanSpark mined 529 BTC in September, down nearly 11% from August, while BitFuFu’s output fell 4% to 167 BTC. Canaan, meanwhile, maintained production at 44 BTC, showing a different trend amid challenging market conditions.
Beyond production, companies are adjusting their strategies. CleanSpark sold or transferred 702 BTC during the month, while its holdings fell to 13,530 BTC. The company is also shifting to quarterly mining updates as it expands its data center business. Meanwhile, BitFuFu faces uncertainty surrounding its proposed acquisition of an 80-megawatt mining facility in Ethiopia, adding another challenge to its expansion plans.
Canaan is taking a different approach, increasing its Bitcoin holdings to 1,875 BTC while bringing its Nordic heating project fully online, supplying recovered computing heat to around 2,800 homes. These contrasting developments highlight how miners are adapting through treasury management, diversification, and operational changes as the industry evolves. Institutions Stack Bitcoin

The United States has recorded net Bitcoin inflows for the first time since 2022, signaling a shift in how the market’s largest players are positioning themselves. According to Chainalysis, transfers exceeding $10 million brought in 53,200 BTC during the 12 months ending June 2026, while smaller transactions continued to show net outflows. The divergence suggests institutions are accumulating Bitcoin even as retail investors sell.
This trend reflects Bitcoin’s growing role as an institutional asset, supported by the launch of U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs in January 2024. Despite the renewed inflows, the U.S. crypto economy declined 2.2% to $2.78 trillion, highlighting that institutional accumulation does not necessarily translate into broader market growth. Meanwhile, dollar stablecoins continue expanding overseas, serving as a key tool for savings and cross-border payments.
The growing divide between institutional buying and retail selling could offer important clues about where the market is heading next. With Bitcoin adoption evolving alongside stablecoin growth and regulatory developments, the balance between capital flows and investor confidence remains crucial. Here’s what you need to know from today’s crypto market.☕
Ripple Bridges Banking

Ripple is taking another step toward mainstream stablecoin adoption after partnering with Cross River Bank to integrate its dollar-backed RLUSD stablecoin into the bank’s core banking platform. The deal will allow fintech businesses to access blockchain-based payments alongside traditional services through a single API, supporting faster domestic and cross-border transfers. With transactions on the XRP Ledger settling in seconds, the partnership aims to make digital dollars more practical for everyday financial operations.
The integration will enable businesses to move between U.S. dollars and RLUSD while accessing ACH, wire transfers, and real-time payment services through existing banking infrastructure. This approach reduces the need for companies to build separate blockchain systems, potentially lowering barriers to stablecoin adoption. Cross River expects the integration to improve settlement efficiency and support round-the-clock treasury movements.
The partnership also reflects Ripple’s broader push into institutional finance, with RLUSD surpassing $2.5 billion in market capitalization as adoption expands across payments, custody, and settlement. As traditional banks increasingly integrate blockchain technology, competition among stablecoin providers could intensify. Here’s what you need to know from today’s crypto market.☕
Russia Tightens Control

Russia is preparing to reshape its crypto market, with direct peer-to-peer (P2P) cryptocurrency trading between individuals set to be prohibited from July 1, 2027. Under the new rules, residents will need to conduct trades through licensed brokers or registered crypto exchanges, bringing more transactions under central bank supervision. The move marks another major step toward tighter control over how Russians access digital assets.
The restrictions go beyond trading, as the Bank of Russia has also clarified that individuals cannot transfer crypto from regulated digital accounts to their own non-custodial wallets. Non-qualified investors will face an annual purchase limit of 300,000 rubles through each intermediary, while qualified investors will have broader access after passing the required assessment. These measures could significantly change how ordinary Russians buy, hold, and transfer cryptocurrency.
At the same time, major financial institutions are preparing to enter the regulated market, with Sberbank and Moscow Exchange targeting crypto service launches in December 2026. Russia is not banning crypto ownership altogether, but it is pushing activity toward supervised platforms while preserving crypto use for eligible cross-border trade. The key question is whether tighter oversight will encourage mainstream adoption or drive more traders toward offshore platforms. Here’s what you need to know from today’s crypto market.☕
Blu Dot surpasses 2,000% ROAS with self-serve CTV ads
Home furniture brand Blu Dot blew up on CTV with help from Roku Ads Manager. Here’s how:
After a test campaign reached 211,000 households and achieved 1,010% ROAS, the brand went all in to promote its annual sales event. It removed age and income constraints to expand reach and shifted budget to custom audiences and retargeting, where intent was strongest.
The results speak for themselves. As Blu Dot increased their investment by 10x, ROAS jumped to 2,308% and more page-view conversions surpassed 50,000.
“For CTV campaigns, Roku has been a top performer,” said Claire Folkestad, Paid Media Strategist, Blu Dot. “Comping to our other platforms, we have seen really strong ROAS… and highly efficient CPMs, lower than any other CTV partner we've worked with.”
Using Roku Ads Manager, the campaign moved from a pilot to a permanent performance engine for the brand.
