Hey crypto addicts,

Crypto investor Murad believes the market’s biggest rally may still be ahead, arguing that the next major crypto bull cycle has yet to begin. His outlook comes as Bitcoin trades near $82,000, supported by a sharp return of institutional buying through U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs. On October 19, these funds attracted $526.7 million in net inflows, marking a significant rebound after several consecutive sessions of withdrawals.

However, the latest inflows do not necessarily confirm that a sustained recovery is underway. Glassnode’s market data showed continued selling pressure in spot markets, while demand for downside protection in options suggested that traders remain cautious. Although renewed ETF buying helped reduce October’s cumulative outflows to around $88 million, the broader market still faces uncertainty over whether buyers can maintain momentum.

Historical data adds another layer of caution, as Binance Research found that several previous Bitcoin rebounds following relatively shallow declines eventually failed to hold their gains. With analysts divided over whether the market is approaching a new expansion or remains vulnerable to further downside, investors are watching closely for stronger confirmation. The key question is whether renewed institutional demand can turn the latest rebound into the beginning of a broader crypto rally. Here’s what you need to know from today’s crypto market.☕

AI Compute Futures

The Hyperliquid Policy Center is pushing to bring a new type of derivative into U.S. markets, urging the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to allow futures and perpetual contracts tied to artificial intelligence computing costs. The proposal would let businesses hedge against fluctuations in GPU rental prices and the cost of running AI models. As demand for computing power accelerates, the initiative could create a new bridge between the rapidly expanding AI industry and regulated financial markets.

Unlike traditional crypto perpetuals, these contracts would focus on the infrastructure powering AI rather than digital asset prices. Data-center operators could use them to protect revenue if GPU rental rates fall, while AI developers could hedge against rising computing expenses. The policy center also recommends safeguards such as leverage limits, funding-rate caps, transparent pricing benchmarks, and market surveillance to reduce manipulation risks.

The proposal comes as regulators explore how derivatives markets could help businesses manage the growing financial risks associated with AI infrastructure. However, the CFTC has not approved the proposed contracts, and further regulatory review would be needed before they could reach U.S. markets. If accepted, the framework could expand the role of derivatives beyond crypto and traditional commodities into one of the technology sector’s fastest-growing industries. LayerZero Reinvents Trading

LayerZero has set November 30 for the launch of its Zero blockchain mainnet and ATLAS trading infrastructure, marking a major expansion beyond its cross-chain business. ATLAS will initially support more than a dozen trading venues, combining trade matching, clearing, settlement, and risk management into a shared system designed to make financial markets more efficient.

Unlike traditional exchanges, ATLAS will provide the underlying infrastructure while partner platforms manage their own user interfaces. The system aims to process up to 200,000 transactions per second and eventually support markets ranging from crypto and perpetual contracts to stocks, commodities, and prediction markets.

The launch could also create demand for LayerZero’s ZRO token, with 75% of eligible ATLAS fees planned for token buybacks and burns. However, the impact will depend on adoption and actual trading activity after launch. Here’s what you need to know from today’s crypto market.☕

Cardano Targets 15x

Cardano is preparing a major scaling upgrade through its upcoming Dijkstra hard fork, which will introduce the Leios protocol to increase network capacity. Developer Input Output says the initial rollout targets three to five times Cardano’s current transaction-data capacity, with later upgrades potentially pushing it to 10–15 times current levels. The phased approach aims to improve performance while preserving the network’s existing security model.

The upgrade will not reach full capacity immediately. Stake pool operators must first register new voting keys, followed by high-load testing on mainnet to evaluate real-world performance. Further capacity increases will require protocol updates and governance approval, with activation dependent on sufficient network participation.

If successful, Leios could help Cardano handle greater transaction demand and support more applications. However, higher capacity alone does not guarantee increased adoption, and the final results will depend on testing and actual network usage. Here’s what you need to know from today’s crypto market.☕

Blu Dot surpasses 2,000% ROAS with self-serve CTV ads

Home furniture brand Blu Dot blew up on CTV with help from Roku Ads Manager. Here’s how:

After a test campaign reached 211,000 households and achieved 1,010% ROAS, the brand went all in to promote its annual sales event. It removed age and income constraints to expand reach and shifted budget to custom audiences and retargeting, where intent was strongest.

The results speak for themselves. As Blu Dot increased their investment by 10x, ROAS jumped to 2,308% and more page-view conversions surpassed 50,000.

“For CTV campaigns, Roku has been a top performer,” said Claire Folkestad, Paid Media Strategist, Blu Dot. “Comping to our other platforms, we have seen really strong ROAS… and highly efficient CPMs, lower than any other CTV partner we've worked with.”

Using Roku Ads Manager, the campaign moved from a pilot to a permanent performance engine for the brand.
