Hey crypto addicts,
Arbitrum’s Watchdog Committee is seeking permanent bans for three DeFi projects — Good Entry, Limitless and APX Finance — after identifying alleged misuse of more than 457,000 ARB in DAO grant programs. The cases involve different concerns, including allegedly ineligible distributions, funds moved outside Arbitrum and suspected self-farming activity.
The projects have until September 10 to respond and return any disputed funds before separate Snapshot votes could take place. Importantly, the proposed bans would not freeze wallets, shut down protocols or prevent normal network activity. Instead, they would prevent the affected projects and, where applicable, their founders and contributors from participating in future ArbitrumDAO funding programs.
The move highlights a growing focus on accountability as DAOs manage increasingly significant treasuries. Arbitrum’s Watchdog Program says it has already recovered around 532,000 ARB from reported cases, showing that grant oversight is becoming a bigger part of how decentralized ecosystems protect community funds.☕

Changelly Review 2026

Changelly continues to position itself as a straightforward instant crypto exchange, supporting more than 1,200 cryptocurrencies across over 200 blockchains. Its floating-rate swaps charge a 0.25% service fee plus network costs, while fixed-rate swaps include the fee directly in the quoted price. The platform also supports crypto purchases and cashouts through third-party payment providers.
One of Changelly’s main advantages is that most crypto-to-crypto swaps do not require KYC, although its risk-scoring system can trigger AML checks and temporarily hold transactions. Fiat purchases are more likely to require verification, with limits and fees varying depending on the asset, payment provider, location and liquidity available.
Overall, Changelly’s non-custodial model and long operating history make it an established option for simple swaps, but users should still understand the differences between fixed and floating rates and be prepared for potential compliance reviews. The review also highlights that there are no universal transaction limits, making it important to check the specific quote before completing a swap.☕
World Opens Markets

World is expanding its Solana-based prediction market to more than 1 million waitlisted users, moving beyond its Phantom wallet integration with a standalone platform. The service has already created more than 150,000 markets covering sports, crypto, politics, finance and economics, giving users a wider range of events to trade through onchain contracts.
The platform uses Chainlink Data Streams and its Runtime Environment to provide market data and automate contract resolution, allowing outcomes to settle without relying on manual votes or centralized resolution panels. Users trade yes-or-no contracts priced between $0 and $1, with liquidity remaining on Solana through decentralized liquidity providers.
The expansion comes as prediction markets continue gaining traction across crypto and traditional finance. World also plans to introduce equity, commodity and weather markets, suggesting its ambitions extend well beyond sports and politics as it looks to turn prediction markets into a broader onchain asset class.☕
AI Takes Shopping

Mastercard is pushing deeper into AI-powered commerce with Agent Connect, a new system designed to let AI agents discover products, build carts and complete purchases on behalf of consumers. Instead of merchants creating separate integrations for every AI platform, Agent Connect provides a single connection between merchants, AI agents, digital platforms and payment providers.
The system gives merchants control over product information, pricing, availability and fulfillment while allowing customers to authorize purchases securely. Mastercard’s Agent Pay technology adds another layer of protection by using verified consumer intent to help ensure AI-initiated transactions are actually approved by the shopper.
The bigger picture is a shift in how people may interact with online commerce. Instead of searching websites and comparing products themselves, consumers could increasingly rely on AI agents to handle the entire journey from discovery to checkout. Mastercard is betting that trusted payment infrastructure will become a key part of that transition.☕
